Shoeeyeq.com offers registered users access to digital learning content such as courses, videos, work materials, etc., particularly in the field of orthopaedic footwear technology and medical training.
Some of the content may be free of charge, some may be subject to a charge.

3. registration and user account

• Registration is required to use the platform.

• The user undertakes to provide truthful information when registering.

• The access data may not be passed on to third parties.

• The user account is not transferable.

4 Conclusion of contract and terms of payment

• A contract for chargeable content is concluded when the user makes a paid booking on the platform.

• The prices can be viewed on the respective course page and include VAT (if applicable).

• Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

• Access to chargeable courses will be activated after receipt of payment.

5. right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Note: In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the execution (e.g. activation of the course) has begun and the user has expressly consented to this.

• With the purchase of a course, the user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal further training.

• We endeavor to ensure that the platform is available with as little interruption as possible.

• Maintenance work or malfunctions may occur from time to time.

• We accept no liability for failures due to force majeure or third-party technical problems (e.g. internet provider).

• In the event of gross negligence or intent, we shall be liable to the statutory extent.

8 Obligations of the users

• The user undertakes to use the platform only within the framework of the applicable laws and these GTC.

• Violations (e.g. unauthorized sharing of content, disruption of operations, insults) can lead to the account being blocked or deleted.

9 Term and termination

• Access to individual courses is limited or unlimited in time, as described in the offer.

• User accounts can be deleted at any time without giving reasons.

• Praeparatio e.V. reserves the right to block access or change content.

10. data protection

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Privacy policy.

11. final provisions

• German law applies.

• The place of jurisdiction is Amberg, as far as legally permissible.

• Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
